Joe started TEAM XP in 2010 and has developed into one of the most premier club team organizations in the region. Joe is the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Archbishop Curley High School. He spent 8 years as the Travel Baseball Director at for the White Marsh Baseball Program. He Head Coaches the TEAM XP 16U Summer teams and assists in training with the entire organization.
Coach Norris was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. A 2001 graduate from Archbishop Curley High School, he was a part of Archbishop Curley MIAA A Conference championship teams in 1999 and 2001, earning 1st Team All-Metro honors in 2001. Norris went on to play at the University of Maryland College Park from 2002-2004. Brooks assists with pitching instruction and training for the entire XP Organization.
Harry is the Owner and Proprietor of The Cages, one of the most complete baseball training facilities in Maryland. His son’s passion for baseball, as well as his own, motivated Harry to make The Cages the sought after destination it has become. Harry assists the 14U XP team and works with all facets of hitting throughout the entire XP organization.
Coach Gibbons played baseball in the MD Semi-Pro league from ages 18-45 and own numerous league titles. Allan coaches the Hickory Hornets for 12 years and served as president of the Harford County Travel league for 2 years. Currenly Allan serves as the Head Coach for the 16U XP Team and assists with XP Camps and instruction.
Zach was first team all-district as a division 1 outfielder for the University of Buffalo. He finished there with a career .333 average. Played in the NABF Semi-Pro league in Buffalo for the Battistoni Diesel. Zach will assist with all XP Camps and instruction and assist with the 16U XP Team in season.
Stanton played varsity baseball at Perry Hall High School as third baseman/catcher. He graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Sport Management. After graduating college he now plays in the Susquehanna Semipro Baseball League. Throughout his life he has always shared a passion of baseball by coaching recreation and travel baseball and umpiring for local rec councils. Stanton currently runs the baseball training at Next Level Sports Performance as well as camps, clinics, scheduling and the day to day operations. Stanton also is an assistant varsity baseball coach at Archbishop Curley High School.
Coach Hull is currently the Head JV Baseball Coach at Archbishop Curley High School. He has coached baseball at Emmorton Rec and also White Marsh.
Coach Pruitt is a former division 1 College Player who played at UMBC and Coastal Carolina. He also played one year of professional baseball following college. Jason is currently the Assistant Head JV Coach at Archbishop Curley High School
